比利时google首页公开官司声明

不可思议的事情还是发生了，google在比利时的公司上诉失败后，根据法庭裁决要在首页上公开全部事件并发表声明。今天，你就会看到google比利时首页的变化了。一大框文字出现在搜索栏下面，这个时候的google首页看上去真是比较好笑。 google是被逼的，如果不这样做的话，那就得每天支付100万欧元的惩罚。另外这个公开判决将在google首页上放5天。 Update： 关于处罚的不确定： "Also order the defendant to publish, in a visible and clear manner and without any commentary from her part the entire intervening judgment on the home pages of 'google.be' and of 'news.google.be' for a continuous period of 5 days within 10 days of the notification of the intervening order, under penalty of a daily fine of 500,000,- € per day of delay." 根据这个法庭裁决，我不确定到底是100w还是50w每天。如果是google.be和news.google.be分开处罚的话，那就该是100w了吧。 Update： 事实上这个判决对google在欧洲的发展是影响重大的。按照这次google的上诉失败的结果，google以后要引用法国、德国、比利时等国家报纸网站上的新闻、图片等都必须先申请许可或者付费。当然如果这些网站的流量迅速下降之后，有可能会再次允许google对其的索引。但是无论如何，google这次应该得到教训而在以后谦逊些了吧。 另外看到两篇比较有意思的对此事件的评论，有兴趣可以看看： Court rejects Google's appeal, Google still won't comply Belgian Government going after Google News
